Through understanding of Energy Domain in US
Understanding of rules and regulations of EROT
Understanding of different business processes used in Energy Domain: Remittance & Finance, Billing, Acquisitions, Customer Care
Knowledge of different external vendors that Energy companies would work with
Understanding of different kinds of Reports created as part of the business processes
Knowledge of business process used during the customers move in, move out, switch statuses
Requirements management and translation to business use cases
Experience to Qualify requirements and articulate current and future roadmaps for products.
Involved in requirements gathering, business analysis and related tool exposure
Reviewed prospective clients inputs/ documents and product artifacts
Worked with delivery team on effort estimates and capture, manage ongoing risks and assumptions into estimating processes.
Maintained credible knowledge of competing technologies with focus on testing tools and techniques
